Ajumma Republic’s fire chicken sauce is a hot and spicy sauce for marinating and seasoning chicken. This fire sauce lives up to its name – made from fiery Korean red chilli pepper, this is a sauce that packs a punch. The heat of chilli is combined with soy sauce and garlic to bring out the savoury notes of the Korean red pepper for a more complex heat.

Serving suggestions

This fire sauce pairs beautifully with chicken in many recipes – use as a marinade for thighs, make a into sticky glaze for crispy chicken wings or as a straight-to-wok sauce for chicken stir fries with noodles or rice. It contains no meat derivatives, so its spicy and savoury flavours also works wonderfully in vegetarian dishes such as marinated tofu or drizzled over barbequed vegetable kebabs.
