Oisoy Returns Policy
At Oisoy, we are committed to providing you with an incredible monthly snack subscription experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We encourage our customers to share any items they may not enjoy with friends or family, or to donate unopened items to a local food bank.
Dietary and Allergy Requirements
We unfortunately are unable to accommodate the various dietary preferences and restrictions. We understand that sometimes specific products included in the subscription boxes might not meet your needs. In such cases, we recommend sharing these items with others or donating them to a food bank if they remain unopened.
Refunds and Replacements
We will consider refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
1. Non-Arrival of Package: If your subscription box does not arrive, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Damaged Package: If your box arrives damaged to the extent that the contents are missing, opened, or so badly damaged that they cannot be safely eaten or enjoyed, please follow the steps below:

– Include your order number.
– Attach photographs clearly showing the items received and the extent of the damage.
Our customer service team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
