At Oisoy we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return products you have bought. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of despatch for a refund. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method that was used to place the order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please re-pack the items carefully and enclose a note with your name and order number stating the reason for the return. Please send them to Oisoy Returns, 206 Stortford Hall Park, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 5AS

We recommend using a tracked economy service, such as CollectPlus or myHermes.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us at [email protected] for instructions on how to return the goods as in this case we arrange the return through one of our authorised carriers. Once we have the goods back, we will issue a full refund or send replacements, as you prefer.

Please note: Electrical items like Chinese Table Top Hot Pots are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty electrical item, we will return the unit to the manufacturer who will either repair or replace it.

Please ensure:

– Returned items are in the original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.

– If you wish to exchange an item, please include full details in the parcel and a member of our customer service team will be in touch to organise this for you.
